In a historic event, Dr. Sokolinsky officially introduced His Excellency Mr. José García Moreno as the President of the International Royal Academy of the United Nations (IRAUN CICRAUN EBC-IRAUN) for Central and South America. Mr. García Moreno will lead the mission to strengthen diplomatic relations among the countries of Central and South America through the establishment of new international representations:
- Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia

- Consulates in the capitals of 15 countries, including: San José (Costa Rica), Tegucigalpa (Honduras), Managua (Nicaragua), Guatemala City (Guatemala), Caracas (Venezuela), Quito (Ecuador), Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile), La Paz (Bolivia), Asunción (Paraguay), Montevideo (Uruguay), Georgetown (Guyana), Paramaribo (Suriname), Roseau (Dominica), and Belmopan (Belize).
